It appears people were out in record numbers for the black friday sales. It seemed like shoppers came out of nowhere to jam the malls and discount stores. Recently people were worried about the high gas prices and retailers weren't sure if they would have the numbers for their sales. The sales tactics seemed to have worked by opening at midnight, offering bigger discount and special discount for the predawn openings.

Nintendo has announced a new fitness game Wii Fit which is a full on exercise product set to give you more of a workout than Wii Sports, while still retaining all the fun of gaming. Wii Fit will help to keep you physically fit via a dedicated peripheral, a wireless balance board which comes with the game. There are over 40 different activities, including hula hooping, ski jumping and heading soccer balls.

Wii means “we,” which is fundamentally what the game is all about. It speaks of friends gathering to play Legends of Zelda or two boxing enthusiasts attempting to outmatch each other with punches and jabs.
